What does your work look like? 
As a (Senior) Audit Manager, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and reviewing audit engagements across a range of industries. You will supervise and mentor team members, address complex technical accounting matters, and provide valuable insights to clients. You’ll also play a critical role in business development, client relationship management, and maintaining our high standards of audit quality.

Your key responsibilities 

  • Lead multiple audit engagements across diverse industries, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on financial reporting and business process improvements.
  • Oversee the review of complex financial statements and disclosures.
  • Actively contribute to business development through networking and relationship-building.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members, while also participating in recruitment activities.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements.

Your profile

  • To succeed in this role, you will have: 
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in auditing or accounting.
  • A recognized qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or AA/RA.
  • Extensive audit experience (7+ years), preferably in a public accounting firm
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS standards and auditing best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven leadership skills and a collaborative, people-first approach to management.
  • Flexibility and commitment to meeting deadlines, including during peak periods.
