What does your work look like?  

As a Tax Advisor, you will be involved in a broad spectrum of work, ranging from the preparation of complex tax returns to assisting in the development of tailored tax advice for our clients. This role sits at the intersection of compliance and advisory, ideal for someone who enjoys the technical depth of tax compliance and is eager to expand into advisory. 


What are the role’s main responsibilities, what will it involve?  

Preparing complex tax or income returns where specific tax expertise is required. 
Assisting in the preparation and delivery of tax advice that optimizes outcomes for clients and minimizes risks. 
Identifying opportunities to add value to clients through both tax efficiency and proactive insights. 
Working with team members, sharing knowledge, and refining approaches to deliver impactful results. 
Staying up to date with relevant tax legislation and developments in the field.

As a Tax Advisor, you recognize yourself in the following profile:  

  • A bachelor or master’s degree in Tax Law, Fiscal Economics or related field. 
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a tax advisory setting, ideally in a client-focused environment. 
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to your work. 
  • The ability to work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Dutch, with a particular strength in clear, precise writing. 
  • A self-motivated, proactive mindset with a dedication to teamwork and collaboration.
