Jeroen is a Senior Consultant within our Advisory services, supporting organizations in achieving strategic clarity and improving operational performance. With a background that combines business management and life sciences, he brings a structured and analytical perspective to complex challenges. Known for his clear thinking and practical approach, Jeroen helps translate strategy into actionable and measurable outcomes.
In his role, Jeroen advises both public and private sector organizations on business transformation, strategic planning, and organizational development. His experience includes conducting financial and economic assessments, developing strategic frameworks, and supporting multi-year transformation programs. He works closely with clients to improve processes, strengthen decision-making, and drive sustainable performance.
Jeroen takes a hands-on and solution-oriented approach to his work. By combining analytical rigor with practical execution, he supports organizations in navigating change and achieving long-term results. Outside of work, Jeroen enjoys spending time in the gym, lifting heavy things.
