Meet Ashiq
Ashiq is a Director in our Advisory services, specializing in cybersecurity, IT audit, data analytics, and AI. He supports organizations in building digital trust and driving innovation-led transformation, with a strong focus on technology-enabled business risk services across the Caribbean and international markets.
His areas of expertise include cybersecurity, IT audit, data analytics and AI, and technology-enabled risk services through the SHIELD suite. Ashiq plays a key role in expanding the Caribbean Delivery Center, supporting regional and international clients by enhancing efficiency, compliance, and innovation in service delivery, aligned with the firm’s ABC (Advise, Build, Control) model.
With more than a decade of experience, Ashiq has led numerous projects in cyber risk, compliance, and digital transformation. As Program Director for SHIELD, a technology-enabled business risk services suite, he leads initiatives that strengthen governance, risk management, compliance, onboarding, and IT security, helping organizations build resilience and operate with confidence. Known for his collaborative and forward-thinking approach, he is passionate about mentoring professionals and supporting clients in navigating an increasingly digital and complex landscape.
