Rachel is a Manager within our Business Process Solutions services, supporting clients in improving accounting workflows and strengthening financial reporting. With over 12 years of experience across finance and operations, she brings a practical and structured approach to complex environments. Known for her solution-driven mindset, Rachel helps organizations create clearer, more efficient, and reliable financial processes.

In her role, Rachel works with clients across industries including banking, hospitality, and the marine sector. She supports financial process optimization, management reporting, and system improvements, including data clean-ups and migrations. Her experience includes leading operational and finance functions, introducing structured controls, and guiding organizations through process improvements that enhance reporting quality and overall performance.

Rachel takes a hands-on and results-oriented approach to her work. She focuses on delivering sustainable improvements that align with how organizations operate in practice. Outside of work, Rachel is an active member of the Chabad Jewish Community in Sint Maarten and enjoys spending time outdoors.
