Paul is a Tax Patner within our Tax services, supporting clients across St. Maarten, Saba, and St. Eustatius. With over 20 years of experience, he advises both local organizations and subsidiaries of multinational companies on a wide range of fiscal matters. Known for his practical and straightforward approach, Paul helps clients navigate complex tax environments with clarity and confidence.
In his role, Paul leads tax engagements for locally based clients and supports international organizations operating in the region. His experience spans multiple industries, including public utilities and tourism, and includes advising on mergers and acquisitions. He works closely with clients to develop effective tax solutions that align with both regulatory requirements and business objectives.
Paul brings a pragmatic and client-focused approach to his work. He focuses on building long-term relationships and providing clear, reliable advice that supports sustainable business operations. He is also actively involved in the local tax community as co-founder and board member of the Foundation Tax Committee of St. Maarten.
