Marvin Golla

Marvin is a Senior Manager within our Assurance services, bringing over 20 years of experience in financial statement audits for both local organizations and multinational companies. He supports clients across a wide range of industries, including banking and financial services, public sector, telecommunications, real estate, construction, tourism, and hospitality. Known for his pragmatic approach, Marvin helps clients strengthen the reliability and transparency of their financial reporting.

In his role, Marvin leads audit engagements and works closely with clients to improve financial reporting processes and internal controls. His expertise includes IFRS, Dutch GAAP, International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and controls over financial reporting under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act for US-listed entities. Since joining the team in 2016, he has guided diverse, multicultural teams and supported organizations in navigating complex and highly regulated environments.

Marvin combines strong technical expertise with a practical, results-driven mindset. He focuses on delivering consistent quality and helping clients continuously improve their processes and controls. Outside of work, Marvin is proudly known as the favorite uncle among his nephews and nieces.
