Meet Roy
Roy is a Partner leading the Advisory services, focusing on organizational transformation, technology-enabled business support services, and governance, risk management, and compliance. In his role as Head of the Caribbean Regional Delivery Center, he oversees strategy execution, financial performance, and service delivery from the nearshore delivery center in Suriname.
His areas of expertise include business transformation, governance, risk and compliance, program and project management, and business process outsourcing. Roy supports clients in designing and implementing effective business processes, internal control frameworks, and information security solutions, helping organizations operate more efficiently and with greater control.
With more than two decades of experience, Roy has led multiple large-scale transformation and optimization projects across various industries and geographies. Known for his ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments, he combines a structured, disciplined approach with a strong focus on people and relationships. Outside of his professional role, he balances his time as a dedicated father, entrepreneur, and husband.
